GANDRE provides digital tools and resources for creating, customizing, and managing Standard Practice and SOP manuals for commercial and multifamily real estate organizations. Services may include document templates, customization tools, integrations, and hosted access.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information;
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission; 
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the software;
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content;
• Use the platform for purposes that compete with GANDRE.

All materials, software, templates, designs, and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to GANDRE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for internal business purposes only.

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal; 
• Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

Our Services may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Yardi Aspire, SharePoint, Box). Your use of these integrations is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that our materials will meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GANDRE and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GANDRE, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Frederick, Maryland.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
